Kúha ahat Ta'sha (Hello Friend),

Our primary goal is to educate the community on "Green Collar" careers in renewable energy, to develop an American Indian & Veteran workforce for renewable
industries, and to provide that workforce with consistent follow-up support.

We are excited at the possibilities of our community being in the forefront of these jobs. Besides the obvious direct contribution we will be making to save our
sacred sources, it gives us a chance learn a trade that provides advancement and an opportunity for business development.

Although NWP is doing the actual work to organize this effort, we cannot do it without the support of Indian country. To us, this is more like a nationwide
community project. We have a strong Board of Directors and advisory committee, and a great plan for education and recruitment for these career pathways. We
have excellent alliances nationwide with Tribes, federal entities, private industry and other community organizations.

We also have links to the best job sites in the renewable industries.  We have links to tribal job listings and other Native job boards so we can provide a
comprehensive assortment of opportunities nationwide.

We welcome feedback and ideas from the community and encourage participation in our efforts. If your school or organization wants to host a "Green Collar
Career Day", we will be happy to make a full presentation and will work with you to organize and promote the event.

We have many innovative programs.. Please keep in mind we are in a constant state of growth and construction, so pardon our dust!

Háwwih (Thank you)
